The Urban Charm Affiliate Program Terms
& Policies

As an Urban Charm Affiliate, you agree to use all materials sent to you;
solely from The Urban Charm; on your
website(s) or in any email or other marketing communications in a professional and
positive manner. You agree to not change or edit branding or other materials
provided for marketing purposes, provided to you by The Urban Charm. You agree to not use any unsolicited or spam email
to promote The Urban Charm and any of
its products.

Once affiliation is setup you will
be provided with an affiliate # that you will use when placing orders. You
agree to use this affiliate # provided by the Urban Charm; to use strictly for
any business related to your affiliation with The Urban Charm. Any misuse of email or marketing materials
provided will terminate your affiliation with The Urban Charm and result in possibly penalties and fines.



Affiliates are not to use advertising keywords "ad words" which
include The Urban Charm trademarked
company name ("The Urban Charm"),
Product or tagline names (for example, which would include, without limitation,
"Be Original… Be Empowered… Be You…",
"If you can dream it, we can create and manufacture it" and any of
the Friendship Bracelet names “Strength
Friendship Bracelet, Love Friendship Bracelet, etc.") or other Urban
Charm’s trademarks or copyrighted material in any search engine advertising or
otherwise in the promotion of your website(s).



As a sales agent of The Urban Charm, you
agree to follow all direction from The
Urban Charm as to the sales price and recommended retail price of the
Jewelry, as may be communicated from time to time.



You are to keep up-to-date all information on your website(s) and in all direct
marketing communications pertaining to products of The Urban Charm.



As an Affiliate you ensure that your website(s) is regularly maintained with up
to date and relevant information and that any direct marketing communications
used to promote The Urban Charm or
its products; contain up to date information and not endorse The Urban Charm or its jewelry on any
website or in any marketing materials or communications which:



A) Are designed to distribute or promote spyware, adware, trojans, spybots or
keyloggers;

B) Contain misleading or deceptive marketing activities;

C) Involve or promote violence;

D) Discriminate against people based on race, sex, religion, nationality,
disability, sexual orientation, or age;

E) Are in any way involved in illegal activities;

F) Violate the intellectual property rights of The Urban Charm or a third party;

G) Do not have or do not link to a clearly stated online privacy policy; and/or

contain any offensive or inappropriate content or is otherwise involved in any
matter considered to be offensive or inappropriate by The Urban Charm.

Once we’ve reviewed your application and website (if applicable); you’ll
receive an automatic email regarding your approval status.
